Winter Virtual Fitness Series
Thursday Evenings February 3 - March 31
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, February 3 - March 31 via Zoom.  Classes will include: Full Body Fit, Strength and Conditioning, Mindful Resilience Yoga, Mobility, and Chair One Fitness. Classes are designed to develop endurance, strength, mobility, and fitness. Instruction will be offered in a seated position, with various modifications for each individual's capabilities.  Resistance bands will be provided for new participants.  Cost is FREE thanks to a grant from the Werth Family Foundation.  To register, please click on the link below.  If you have questions, please contact us at 203-284-2772 or sports@gaylord.org.

The Sports Association is a program of Gaylord Specialty Healthcare and is based out of Wallingford, CT. We serve adults with a physical disability or visual impairment and welcome new members to join us. All programs require registration and some programs have registration deadlines.
