The Gaylord Sports Association strives to provide the highest quality adaptive sports program possible, and to achieve this goal, we are asking for feedback from our members. 

We would like to hear from past, current and future participants of the Sports Association to gain a better understanding of your experiences with the Sports Association, including your preferences, your overall experience, and what we can do to serve you better. Your participation will help to make improvements to our services and offer more of the programs that interest you and meet your needs.
